EMBROIDERY DESIGN:

Every design has to be converted from graphic design to an embroidery stitch file. Colors may need to be reduced and altered to work with available thread colors. The process of Digitizing a design for embroider cost between $30.00 and $50.00 for most designs. Larger more complicated designs would need to be quoted.

Quality Digitizing is an important part of the final look of finished embroidery.

We prefer your graphic design to be a vector based file in either AI or ESP format.

WHAT IS STITCH COUNT?

Stitch count is how many individual stitches it will take to reproduce your embroidered logo or design at the required size. Typical left chest logos could range from 6,000-10,000 stitches.  Your designs actual stitch count will be determined once the Digitizing is completed.

WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE SURE MY PRODUCT LOOKS IT’S BEST?

We highly recommends using a simple logo. Not only will it have the cleanest embroidery, but it will keep your stitch count down and save you money. Make sure any text is not less than 1/4 inch tall. Text will look best if it’s 3/8 inch tall or larger.
